Attracting New Residents and Demonstrating the Value of Your Community: Tips for Today and Tomorrow
This course will explore current trends in senior housing sales and marketing.  Participants will gain insight that will help them create solid marketing plans as well as an understanding of the role brand development plays in attracting today’s prospective residents while also appealing to aging boomers.  From there, the course will delve into proven sales techniques, demonstrating the value of senior housing communities, and helping guide prospective residents and their families through one of the most emotional purchase decisions of their lives.
